About myself

I studied mechanical engineering and after the bachelor degree I specialized on material science. I then entered in the team of professor Lorenzo Fedrizzi at the University of Udine, studying corrosion and metallic biomaterials.

In 2009 I obtained a post-graduation Master in Metallurgial Engineering at the University of Udine.

In 2012 I received my PhD in Metallurgical Engineering at the University of Padova.

In 2014 I moved to Japan after winning the JSPS Long Term Fellowship Award post-doc position. I'm actually working in the team of professor Giuseppe Pezzotti on biomaterials and in particular bioceramics.
